AGC Construction Learning Center
Mission Statement
The Construction Learning Center is dedicated to:
1. Educating children and adults about the career opportunities available in the commercial building, heavy and highway construction industry.
2. Educating the general public of the significance of the infrastructure of the state of Nebraska and the importance of that asset to the quality of life of the citizenry.
3. Educating the general public to the faces of the commercial construction industry in Nebraska.
Exhibit Details
AGC will be provided with the use of over 7,000SF of air-conditioned, indoor space in the Lancaster Building. We also have use of two outside areas for equipment display and outdoor activities. Activities and Exhibits include: - Lego Building - Mini Excavator Competition - Concrete Finishing - Bricklaying - Wood Building Project - Static Tool Display - Three Simulators - Laser Demonstration - Photo Station for Large Equipment - BIM Display - Wall Form Display
