Program Overview:

• Three (3) in-person half-day, afternoon trainings and three (3) virtual office hours lasting 60-90 minutes
• Leadership Book Club & Active Discussion
• Workbook and engaging activities
• Networking with other ambitious leaders
• Recommended additional resources and homework to assist skill-development
• All participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate professional skills in a capstone graduation ceremony during the final session
