The mission of AGC Nebraska's Future Leaders Council is to channel participants who are not actively involved to network, socialize, promote and exchange construction industry ideas. The FLC will act as a forum for new contractors, new members and students to become involved with the AGC and its valuable resources. The top priorities of these efforts are professional development, increased involvement, and enhanced leadership skills for those who are involved.
FLC Highlights
  • $720 raised for Construction Angels
  • Third annual Toy Drive for the People's City Mission
  • Hosted the third-annual Guns & Greens FLC Fundraiser that sold out in 48 hours
  • Gifted a $500 Southwest Gift Card to the winner of our raffle ticket fundraiser
  • Strengthened relationship with the UNL/UNO AGC Student Chapter
  • Building relationship with the UNK Construction Management Program
  • Awarded a $1,000 scholarship to an AGC Student Chapter Member in 2024 and 2025

Who should join FLC?
  • Any person in the heavy highway construction industry that is looking to build relationships within the industry. Our goals is to set up the future generations to be successful leaders within AGC Nebraska.

How much does it cost?
  • Our annual fee is $50 which gets you access to all of our scheduled FLC events. Membership renews October 1 of each year.
